subscribed to nor have agreed to pay for, I’ve checked everything I can but nothing helps me out to why they are charging me anywhere from 79p to £16 multiple times

If your Apple purchase history does NOT show a charge, then it is likley that someone has gained illegal access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happens to us.

If that is the case, Apple cannot fix it. Only your credit card issuer or bank can fix it. When my wife's account was compromised, American Express had the activity identified as bogus, forgave the charges, and issued my wife a new card number, all within under 24 hours.
