I am not able to access ID Apple, iCloud on my iPhone 13. It is grey

That behavior might indicate that a ScreenTime restriction is in-place.

If so, and you didn’t setup ScreenTime yourself, you’ll need to talk w/ whoever did.

(e.g. Family Organizer, Employer, …)
