iwatch ultra
setting up new watch ultra. Entred passcode on set up but menu in settings both watch and iphone is inactive , cannot add cards to wallet, also watch does not lock when taken off

Let's try this:
On your iPhone, open Settings App
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Scan down till you see Passcode Changes and Account Changes and make sure they are both marked Allow
