For some reason, I'm getting notifications on both Apple Watch(Series 6) and the iPhone at the same time. It's mostly doing that for iMessages(Game Pigeon) but it can also happen to Instagram and other applications. I have no clue how it happens. The Apple Watch model is updated to watchOS 9.4 and iPhone updated to iOS 16.4.1 (a). I think this has been going around since I updated the iPhone.

Thats didnt work. I recorded a 1 min vid showing how this issue is happening but its not letting me put it here.
looking at the pics, it seems to send me "unread messages" that are old. but why would it notify my on the watch when i have the phone turned on?
