Need to access to iCloud account but no longer have phone number to receive the verification code and neither have previous Apple devices, how can I get access again

When you set up 2 factor authentication you were advised to create additional trusted numbers. When it prompts for a verification code tap or click “didn’t get code” and it will let you choose one of your other trusted numbers.
