I subscribed to ExpressVPN and paid 8200 rupees in the beginning for free trial which is for 7 days. I canceled the subscription in 4 days itself, merchant says that they have not received any money, asked to contact apple support

when i follow the instructions to request refund on apple support, it shows no eligible items for refund.
