I have a brand new iPad Pro 12.9”. Worked fine for a few days now it won’t start after charging for an hour or more. Possible issues Apple has discovered?

Anyone with solution experience on this issue.

Try a forced restart. Instructions are here: If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If your iPad still doesn't turn on, contact Apple Support.

In addition to the above, make sure there’s no fuzz in the end of the USB-C cable and no fuzz in the USB-C socket in the iPad Pro, and check that the cable, charger, and outlet all work. Swap and test, if you have a second charging setup available.
