Wondering which 13" MacBook Air model you are using,

How to: Identify your MacBook Air model

and

whether you have tried updating to the newest compatible MacOS

What’s new in the updates for macOS Ventura says macOS Ventura 13.4

and

whether FaceTime is the only app that takes a long time to load.

Sometimes quitting FaceTime, restarting you Mac (Apple menu > Restart) then logging back in and re-opening FaceTime can help restore order.

You might want to try turning off any such apps, and see if it makes a difference

and / or

uninstall using the uninstaller from the developer, if you find they cause issues.
