Regarding my apple ID is disabled to use app store and iTunes

My apple Id is diabled from app store and iTunes, I can't purchase or even download any application over app store and I just talked to your team member and he told me to talk to senior support team. I understand that senior support team is only available by phone, but unfortunately, I'm unable to communicate effectively over the phone due to being autistic, and having difficulty in hearing, is there any other way I can receive support with my disabled account? I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer

According to the support article If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support you must contact Apple for help if you see that message or one saying "You cannot login because your account has been locked". This is not something you can fix yourself. Apple provides a contact link for this specific issue. Tap or click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362



If that doen'ts have a method that works for you, refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session and get the representative to redirect you.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled -> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support (CA)

-> Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
