Regarding my apple ID is disabled to use app store and iTunes
My apple Id is diabled from app store and iTunes, I can't purchase or even download any application over app store and I just talked to your team member and he told me to talk to senior support team. I understand that senior support team is only available by phone, but unfortunately, I'm unable to communicate effectively over the phone due to being autistic, and having difficulty in hearing, is there any other way I can receive support with my disabled account? I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer
