Are you using a browser to access it? If so, then try clearing the browser's Cricut cookies and browser cache. Try using another browser especially one using a different browser engine.
Are there any forums where Cricut users hang out? That would be your best option besides contacting Cricut support directly.

I must say Cricut sure has a great marketing team who can promote such a junk product. Yes it may have some nice features, but Cricut software support has always been terrible and doesn't provide open standard interfaces to their hardware products so people can utilize custom third party software to control their Cricut devices. This is from a person who always has to help friends & family with their Cricut devices. I've told them to buy some other brand (some even have open standard hardware interfaces), but they always keep buying Cricut products even after having issue after issue.
