dust under my camera on iPhone 12

I purchased the iPhone 12 a little more than a year ago. Last week I noticed a smudge on the pictures, so I open the camera and the smudge stays right there. It is very frustrating, considering the quality and the price of this phone to experience this after one year. Please advise me what should be my options to get this fixed. A lot of people said that this is due to dust under the camera lens.
