If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. Contact Apple Support for help.
If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help.
We’re not Apple Support. We can’t clear this. There’s nothing you can do to clear this either, other than contacting and discussing this with Apple.
