When typing text in an iCloud Notes document on my iPad suddenly the screen went black and I lost the document . I didn’t touch any delete button . When I opened iCloud Notes again no trace was found of this very important document

We understand how important this important notes can be to you. Did you try checking your Recently Deleted folder from the Notes app? Check out the steps below:
If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Check your Recently Deleted folder
If you store your notes on iCloud, check your Recently Deleted folder:
1. Open Notes, then tap the back iconuntil you see your Folders list.
2. Tap Recently Deleted and search for your note.
If you find your note in Recently Deleted or in another folder, you can move it:
1. In the Notes list, tap Edit.
2. Select the note that you want to move.
3. Tap Move, then select the folder you want to move it to.
If you use notes with another service, like Gmail or Yahoo, check the Trash folder of that account in the Mail app. If you delete a note from the Notes app, your third-party account will usually keep it in the Trash folder. To recover a note from the Trash folder, you need to copy and paste the note to a new note in the Notes app.

Hi Briank90, Thanks for your efforts. Unfortunately the very important iCloud notes folder is still missing. As I mentioned before the folder suddenly disappeared when I was typing text on that folder on my iPad ! All the other folders are still listed and can be opened. These iCloud notes folders are also synchronised on my iPhone and my Windows 10 desktop and available to me .. Of the 50 GB ICloud storage capacity only about 10 GB has been used . Is there anything you could advise we can do ? I understand that deleted iCloud notes are for 30 days kept on iCloud .
