How to disable LTE and only allow/force 5G on my iPhone?

Is there a way to disable LTE (and below) and only allow/force 5G?

If ever there’s no 5G available, can it just turn of my data or say 5G with no bars?

I have this subscription with my carrier. It’s called Unli 5G (basically you can browse the net unlimitedly with 5G and gives you 12GB for non 5G areas).

The thing is sometimes I want to conserve the ‘12GB for non 5G areas’ when I am on data. Right now, I can’t find a way to only allow 5G on my iPhone’s cellular data so that when there’s no 5G available in the area it does not consume my 12GB for non 5G areas. Why? I only want to use the 12GB for non 5G when it is really necessary.

You can choose 5G On instead of 5G Auto, which will always choose 5G over LTE even when LTE is stronger, but that will still revert to LTE when 5G is not available at all. I’ve never seen a plan like you describe, but OTOH, before I had unlimited I never used anywhere near 12 GB in a month. Typically I used 1-2 GB, and on rare occasion I came close to my 6GB limit.
