I received an Apple repair confirmation for an iPhone with a different serial number than mine and I did not go to Apple for a repair

Has anyone received emails concerning the repair of an iPhone that you never ordered?

See if the email address is a real Apple address (always ENDS with apple.com) or someone spoofing Apple 1

1) Example is from Messages but still shows a spoofed email address:

2) I got this claiming to be Apple but you can see it was from a Hotmail (owned by Microsoft) address:

This is an email purported form my old ISP but, on hovering the mouse in Apple Mail, I coud see it was fake because my ISP's domain was not "serv.com."
