the cloud music library cant be updated right now.

So for a while my macbook apple music kept saying error occurred when I tried to add new music, and it didnt show the music I did add on my Iphone. So it was behind and I just left it. Today I was trying to fix it and I turned off my sync music on my mac and turned it back on when I turned it back on it gave me another error code. 18003, "Genius results cant be updated right now. An unknown error occured (18003)." So it didnt resync my music it completely took it away. How do I fix this??
