What's wrong with my app store?

Cannot download apps, pressing the download button is as far as you can go no hope of getting it to install. Cant even open the profile in the app store. Some apps that are already installed on my iPhone like Games dont connect to servers at all.
My iPhone 7 is not working appstore , youtube, Pinterest. Please anyone can help me. Last day I'm opening my youtube I can't see a video or thumbnail . Just loading . Anyone can fix me this problem. Incapable appstore problem is just loading not showing apps .
