Can I get BACK BN/Pay Later Invite?

I believe I got an invitation to the beta Buy Now Pay later; opening wallet for something else, 2 cards on top: 1 for Apple Card apply, the other for beta BNPL.

I was reading all footnote info on Apple card first, returned to wallet home to select BNPL for reading, when both apply "cards" disappeared from wallet...

Maybe I was just getting an ad or something? if not, what can I reset/restart in order to refresh wallet in way that forces display of Apple cards again?
