Unable to re-add card to Wallet after removing it

I have removed my debit card from Wallet but I want to re-add it and I get an error message "Could Not Add Card" until after I accept the terms and conditions. The same thing happened to my apple watch. After deleting the card it wouldn't connect again. My region is correct. I don't use any sort of VPN. I even reset my iPhone but the problem persists. I'm sure it's a bug because other people have this same problem. Is there any other option I'm left with or do I just have to stop using Apple Wallet?

Thanks, I’ve been seeing this in this community and other communities/social media for the last week or two. There was an issue very similar to this and the iPhone models were from the China market to get the SIM card trays. But I thought that was resolved. Is your iPhone model for US market? Is your iPhone model iPhone 14 Pro Max A2651? Thats the US model.

I wonder if it’s a release candidate issue? Did you report it via the Feedback app?


Have you tried deleting Wallet app and downloading again?


Have you tried unpairing Apple Watch and just working with iPhone?


Have you logged into your iCloud account online recently?


Have you tried logging out of Apple ID/iCloud account, restart iPhone and then logging back in?

That may well be the issue,

Is that your region/country?


This could be a part of the issue. Have you contacted Official Apple Support? If so, what was the outcome? If not, could be a know issue in that region/country.

Thank you for the suggestion but sadly that didn't work either. I have already deleted all my cards on my Wallet app trying to solve it so I just forced restarted the device. I even tried other's cards just to check and none of them work. I even erased everything on the iPhone and restored everything but no luck either as the same error occurs. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you.
