When I text Siri keeps talking the text.

I don’t want to head Siri tell me eveyletter I am typing or try and suggest. Word. I am sick with a neurological condition. I don’t understand how or what I’ve done. Please help me. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

On your device, go to Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Typing Feedback. From here, you can turn off the following: Character feedback: Turn on Characters to have your device speak letters as you type.
