Not receiving calls but can make them??

My phone was working as normal this morning but it has now decided it wont accept incoming calls. Anyone calling me gets an engaged tone? I can make calls to anyone, receive texts and emails but no one can phone me. I have checked Do not disturb and call forwarding but cant work it out

Check your iPhone settings

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.
