Arlo camera

My Arlo cameras were working until I bought a new iPhone 14 max yesterday. After the data was transferred from my old to new phone, the Arlo secure app does not recognize my cameras. I spent an hour chatting with Arlo and it was fruitless. Does anyone else have a problem using the Arlo security cameras with iPhone 14? I’m thinking it is not compatible with my new phone.
