WhatsApp not working

I just factory reset my phone after that whenever I try to open WhatsApp it works for a second after that gets stuck but iOS works I need to kill the app again then again open it but if I let it open for some mins iPhone gets heated I contacted Apple care services they said my phone is okay please help
