Audio regions in logic not playing

Hi there, I have been making a comp from various different separate tracks, and put all my final choices on the same track earlier today. I am now recording a back up comp along to this primary comp that I have made. Earlier in the day they were all playing back fine on this primary comp track, that's how I was able to finalise it.

Now some of the regions randomly don't play, but some do. I think the ones that I moved from other tracks onto the primary comp track are the ones that aren't working. I do need to hear all of them, because I need to record a second comp that fits in time with the primary comp.

Does anyone have any advice as to how to get all the regions to play? The audio itself is not muted. I have checked the individual regions and they are not muted, they should play. Thanks for any advice, I've added a screenshot below. (The colours are not linked to the regions that don't play, they're there for another reason).
