how can i recover my data after found missing my own phone?

so went to apple support 4 times today and they all just ignored me except only one guy.

i could know after all happened why it happened was

if you turn on the phone with missing mode ON + connected network, its gonna be reset automatically.

so they just said its already reset, nothing you can do

they didnt even give me a chance to talk with technician guy.

i wanted to double check about this issue, so called to missing mode call center.

and she didnt even know this problem, she just said

we do only missing mode ON or OFF

then they have to tell us this,

if you found your phone, dont turn on your device before you turn off the missing mode! its gonna be reset!

btw she said my missing mode is still ON, so i asked her to change OFF.

and could log in to my phone and theres no photos at all

so i said this to missing mode call center staff, and she didnt even know this information.

so no one told me this, and how can i know this problems,

and she recommended the website who can recover my data

ofc i have to pay again, and not sure even how much will be cost

so i spent my time and money for nothing?

and have to pay more and use this old phone now?

then i didnt need to join apple care, also no reason to turn on the "find my" missing mode

i hope to apple recover my data.. or do something for me,

im so sad and feel like idiot right now..

i dont know what to do..
