MyChart not linking to iwatch ultra

Any ideas? I have shut down and restart it twice now both units and still cannot get it to link when I first do it in the iPhone app it says connect to my chart on the watch I do that and for a second, I can see a screen that says linking but then I get the error again saying connected to my iPhone and the iPhone says sync failed. I don’t know anybody else have that problem and figured it out yet. Thank you very much.
