What happened to it exactly?

Did you delete it?

Was it moved to the App Library?

You can redownload it from the App Store app if it was entirely deleted. click here ➜ https://apps.apple.com/us/app/apple-health/id1242545199

If it was moved to the App Library, you can drag ti back fro there to any home screen you want. click here ➜ Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support

As I said, if it was entirely deleted, you can redownload it from the App Store again by tapping on the small cloud icon.

If it has an "Open" button instead of a cloud icon, it means it was not actually deleted from the device, and is still installed on it. In this case, you can look for it in the App library.

I did delete it because it was not tracking anything. It had data on it from 3 years ago. I thought if I deleted it i could add it back and maybe that would reset it. But it just deleted it. I can open it in my App app but I can’t figure out how to add it back so it’s on the screen. I also couldn’t figure out how to get it to start tracking steps. Any suggestions?
