Missing artwork in IOS Music

Based on your post, it sounds like you are syncing music from a computer to an iPhone and are not seeing album artwork on those tracks.
If that is the case, follow the steps in Add artwork to content in Music on Mac or Add artwork to content in iTunes on PC to ensure the tracks that you've added to your library have artwork associated with the files, and then re-sync them to your device for that to display.
If your concern regards some other service or feature, such as Apple Music not displaying album artwork, or iTunes Store purchases not showing artwork, provide additional details to aid future replies for more appropriate suggestions.
