The MacBook Pro 2011 models you named can not run a more modern version of MacOS than 10.13 High Sierra.

Chase says it supports MacOS 10.13, but:

Supported browsers:

  • Chrome 95.0 and higher
  • Firefox 98.0 and higher
  • Safari 15.0 and higher
  • Edge 95.0 and higher

Safari 15 was introduced in Monterey, and requires a minimum of fully updated Catalina.

Firefox 98 only requires MacOS 10.12
