Left airpod pro not pairing despite trying all to reset ..any other way to fix?

Resetting was a good thing to try. The "Related Article" above your question was also a great place to look for answers.


You may need to update the device you are trying to pair with:

Eg: Your iPhone may need updating to the latest compatible iOS version.

About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support (says iOS 16.4.1 is the latest)


The firmware on the AirPods can then be updated automatically when paired. ie: About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support

or

if you already have the latest OS software installed on your device:

Sometimes restarting the iPhone/ device restores order, if the AirPods have been pairing ok before. (How to: Restart your iPhone)


Also: How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods - Apple Support

Your AirPods would need to be well-charged, 

Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life

and 

in discovery mode. (flashing white) in order to pair.


If you haven't already, you might want to try wearing your AirPods, 

and 

on iPhone: Try Settings > Bluetooth > tap "Not Connected"


One still not pairing ?:

See if turn off / turn on bluetooth helps

and

What to do: If your AirPods won't connect - Apple Support


If one AirPod is not flashing white ready to pair:
