My square won’t work on my Ipad

Based on the tags appended to your post, it appears you have an iPad running iOS 11. Unfortunately, Square would be expected to not work on your iPad as it requires iPadOS 14 or later.

PCI requires Square to abide by certain standards, one of which is an actively supported and patched OS. iOS 11 does not meet this requirement. If you have an iPad Air 2 or later, you can update to an OS that supports Square by going to Settings > General > Software Update and updating your device. If this is not possible, you can connect to a computer and update that way.

Please provide more information. Exactly what is your square? What makes you believe it is not working? What happens? Is there an error message? We want to help if we can.
