Printing Rx List

The PDF list is very nice, however, it does not show once or twice a day or scheduled times. Is there a way to print a list with am/pm or scheduled times?

As said the PDF is nice, but not complete.

I am RN. So you need to follow the rules on medication charting.

The PDF is lacking Route, Time taken, how many times a day, PRN yes/no.

Add that to the PDF and then you have a complete picture of medications.

This is what it looks like now,

My Name,

DOB,

Current Medications

Then a list of medications,

Like

  1. Aspirin, tablet, 81mg

it should be

  1. Aspirin, tablet, 81mg, Oral once a day

in medical jargon it would be

  1. Aspirin, tablet, 81mg PO QD

Also consider separating Current Medications from as needed meds (PRN)

That would be a much clearer picture of the patient.

Thanks for your time.

Screen Time Being the Culprit:

Disable Screen Time, and then restart the device performing all of this.  Screen Time is found in Settings.

Try manually restarting your iPhone:

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Select: General
  3. Scroll to: the Very Bottom
  4. Select: Shut Down
  5. Slide Finger: to the Right
  6. Wait: 30 Seconds
  7. Power One: the iPhone
  8. Try this Once More

Disabling Screentime:

  • Go Here: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
  • As it Reads: "To change or turn off the passcode on your child's device, go to Settings > Screen Time and tap your child's name. Then tap Change Screen Time Passcode or Turn Off Screen Time Passcode, and authenticate the change with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode."

Thanks for the quick response. I have read that article several times and it does not address the question. Have you ever printed the PDF? It is an alphabetical list that includes name, form and strength only. I have tried the option to change the display name which works on the phone view but does not print on the PDF. It does not print any notes entered either. The frequency field does not include a 2x option. A work around is to custom enter each med and add to the custom med name with (AM), (PM), or (AM/PM). If I am missing something obvious, please explain.
