Condensation on AirPods Max

In less than 1 year that I have been with the AirPods Max I have had to take them to repair more than 4 times already and all the times for the same reason because they are filled with water due to condensation. I only use them at night to sleep. When they were damaged the second time, Apple told me to take them to repair and promised that I know if they would damage me again a 3rd time they would give me my money back. To which when it happened they refused and had me 1 month with them damaged waiting for their decision which in the end they denied. They told me that they could only repair them again, but since this is a manufacturing problem, the 4th ones were already damaged again, they did not last 2 months. I've really had them damaged for more time than working for these 11 months.

Has anyone else had this same problem?
