I can’t recieve verification code to add a number. Plus i can’t add the same number to iMessage or Facetime

Do you have any other trusted phone numbers listed? If yes, you can get the code sent to that phone number:
Manage two-factor authentication for your Apple ID from iPhone - Apple Support
Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details -> https://appleid.apple.com
You can receive the code on your trusted device, even if it is offline. Check this article about the different ways to receive the code:

Unfortunately i couldn’t add a new trusted mobile number. I can’t recieve verification code for this. And ia can’t attach the same number to iMessage and Facetime
