imessage notice appearing

This notice appears every time I log into my Mac, never seen this before today, I'v never used it.

Is this a genuine Apple notice and how do I stop this?

Potential iCloud and Google account hack attempt I received a notification from google that a new log in occurred on my account yesterday from a desktop. At the same time I received notification from apple that someone was trying to gain access to my iMessages. I’ve since changed all my passwords but I’m concerned someone may now be able to spy on me. What are the chances someone could be watching me remotely without having actual spyware on my device [Re-Titled by Moderator]
