I cant't I filter the content in his window?

As you can see in the Screenshots I can't filter my content in my finder window.

Anyone else with the problem? Same with Spotlight in general. I know the file is there, but it doesn't always find it. I try lowercase, uppercase mixed and boolian. I testet it with the file in the Backround I can see the file but Spotlight doesn't find it. This is not new for me and not only Ventura related.

Not a nice feeling when you are not in control of your files. Reindexing did not help btw.
