After charging I have seen battery usage history was reseted.M1 Pro is new so battery cycle is 5. I have unplugged from power when battery level reaches at %100 for five charging. But for last charging I didn't unplug power for about 1 hour. Did this cause to reset history? What do you think about what was caused to reset battery history.

It isn't normal for the battery history to reset. As per View Battery Usage History on a Mac laptop - Apple Support and your screenshot, it should show for at least the past ten days. Even if left on a charger, it would just show that.
So what we'd recommend here is to restart your Mac and then monitor it. If this happens again, then contact Apple Support so that they can look into this with you.
