Hey MandMsarethebest_,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. The information below may help.

If you haven't done so already, we suggest doing a force restart by following the steps in this article: Force restart iPhone. We've also included the steps for you below.

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

If the force restart doesn't help, test using the cellular data and also Wi-Fi networks. That will help determine if it's network related: Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Also, make sure the iPhone has iOS 16.4.1 installed. You can check by going to Settings > General > Software update. If an update is needed, back up your iPhone prior to updating. Updates do not date data, however we want to make sure your information is safe. For steps to back up as well as install update, follow the steps in this article: Update your iPhone or iPad.

Take care.
