my computer and phone think my left air pod is my right and my right is my left is there any fix

One iPhone connected to left AirPod and another iPhone to the right AirPod. I am not sure if this is a setting within AirPod pros where an iPhone 11 is connected to the left AirPod and a iPhone 13 to the right. Is this a common thing? How do I change it back to normal. I have tried Forget device on both and restarting devices, it doesn’t work.

my left airpod will not connect All my devices are up to date. My left airpod just doesnt connect when I take them out of the case. When I bring up my phone audio it will often say only my R Airpod is discoverable. So I will have to put them both back in the case and wait and take them out to reconnect and it's just rolling the dice at this point hoping they will both connect. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
