iTunes Miniplayer and activity windows both blank

Question

iTunes Miniplayer and activity windows both blank

iTunes 12.12.8.2 for Windows 11, Miniplayer and Activity Window can be "opened" but they are blank and do not display anything. This happened a few versions back then went away on its own. Anyone know how to fix this?
