When we input letters on Chinese mode,we will tap the enter key directly, and expect English alphabet will be typed directly.
In most instances, It works correctly. But sometimes I try to type letters on telegram or new bing, but open the Chinese input method by mistake,when I tap the enter key,the message isn't completed will be sent.
How can I solve this problem?

You need to contact the people who make those apps or their support services.

If the problem only happens with 3rd party apps, there is some abnormal behavior their authors need to fix. It’s up to them to make sure their stuff works right with the latest macOS updates, not vice versa.
Is your problem that the Chinese im is being activated when you have not used any shortcut to do that? Which shortcut do you normally use — caps lock, control space , or Fn/globe?
