How do I open the I cloud to see what is downloaded?

Please do not post selfies here.
You can log in to the https://icloud.com website to see anything stored in iCloud.
Or use any of there Apps that sync to iCloud on a Mac or iOS device. Things like Notes, Calendar, Contacts will sync content to iCloud, so anything in them is also on iCloud.
Photos will also sync if the iCloud Photos option is turned on in Settings.
