Apple Card vs Apple titanium card

Is it just me, but I cannot understand if the physical titanium version of the Apple card is the only card, why do you have to apply for the Apple Card to get the titanium card? Both titanium and Apple Card are showing in the wallet with different transactions, so to me it looks like two separate cards. I called apple support to help and no one was able to help me understand. Plus, my bank card is also stored in the wallet, and at times when I payed something with THAT card it would take it off of the balance of one of the other two. I finally cancelled the Apple and titanium card as I couldn’t figure out which transaction would show up on which statement. Nothing (well almost nothing!) has confused me more, and it is not connecting any of the three cards 🃏 n my brain.
