Charged even though I cancelled before subscription period ended
I cancelled subscription of the Rise app before the trial period ended. I was still charged. I can't find a way to get a refund.

1. Sign in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

Thank you, but this option isn’t working. I already tried it. I don’t see the amount deducted in their system.
This is what I saw-
You have no purchases that are eligible for a refund.
Is there any other way to handle this or have I lost my money?
