Fitness + Workout Videos no longer mirroring to TV

I have been using screen mirror to my TV for almost a year. All of the sudden the videos no longer play. It launches the video with the 3-2-1 countdown, my watch is activated, my TV screen says "Connected to Device", my watch continues to log the session, but there's no sound or video. When I play a preview of the workout, it works fine (video and audio). What is happening and how can this be fixed. I miss being able to see my workouts on a big screen.
