There aren't any known viruses that impact non-jailbroken iPhones. Could you please provide a screenshot of this issue or explain it in greater detail? You also can reach out to Apple Support for help with this if you would like to do that instead: iPhone - Official Apple Support

there are no know virus/malware/spyware/hack for a non jailbroken.
