iPhone 14 Pro Max Alarm Suddenly Going Quiet/Low after a Loud Initial Sound

My alarm actually rings. However, after a loud sound, it suddenly reduces its volume. I read in the apple community that the solution for them is by manually turning off the "Play Haptics in Silent Mode". I tried this suggested solution. However, the problem persisted.

THE CRAZY DISCOVERY: This time, both of the Play Haptics in Silent Mode and in Ring Mode are ON. Apparently, the new iphone can detect whether the person is near the phone or touched the phone. THEREFORE, the solution is to PUT YOUR IPHONE AWAY FROM YOU TO ALLOW PERSISTENTLY THE LOUD RINGER TO GO ON.

It's crazy because my new phone can actually detect if I'm close to it or if I touched it (both of which I have tested... First, by touching the phone. Second, by not touching the phone but by just being close to it).
