Hello,
I’ve just received a text message saying my Apple Pay has been suspended and to go a link and update my details,
is this a scam at all?
I have uploaded a picture which shows the number and text message,

That is a scam. Ignore it. Block the number. Apple will never send a SMS message from a random number, much less one indicating something that cannot happen.
Apple Pay cannot be suspended in any way shape or form.
