If Apple has rejected your request to unlock your iPhone, you cannot use the iPhone, sorry.

You need to get in touch with the seller, you can't use the iPhone.

Ask your money back if possible, report to the police.

This iPhone is effectively lost or stolen, if not actually lost or stolen.

Nobody here can help you with this.

Apple will not help with this.

Not without receipts or other paperwork that you do not possess.

Contact the seller and request assistance or refund, or recycle this iPhone.
