Why is my spectrum app not updating after I unplugged it?

My spectrum app is not updating on my tv through Apple box

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 16

Here’s a few troubleshooting tips:


  • Update your TV & Apple TV, you are already updated to tvOS 16 but there may be a new one (ex: tvOS 16.5)


  • Check you Apple ID and make sure your not signed out, try signing out and back in.


  • If you have multiple Apple TV in your home, check if the problem is with your Apple TV or the app itself.


  • Contact the App owner && || Apple Support for help if none of the above helps.
